Presided over by the provincial councillor for housing policies, heritage, state property and promotion of knowledge of Autonomy Simone Marchiori, by delegation of the president of the Province Maurizio Fugatti, the 40th Conference of the linguistic minorities was held today in the Trentino Hall, at the headquarters building in Piazza Dante.
In attendance were the director of the Language Minorities and External Relations Service, Elisabetta Sovilla, and, remotely connected, the regional councillor Luca Guglielmi, as well as numerous representatives of the historical Ladin, Mòchena and Cimbra language minority communities, including several local administrators and representatives of the Comun general de Fascia and the Union Generela di Ladins dla Dolomites, school directors, members of the BoD of cultural institutes and members of the Language Minorities Authority.
"This is a moment to discuss not only projects to be implemented during the year, but also the prospects for our autonomies and the future of our communities, issues of vital importance for the very existence of our linguistic minorities," said Marchiori
