In this context, one of the objectives of the Province's Multiannual Research Programme is to promote the development of structured relations between research and the production system, fostering the dissemination of an innovative culture and supporting the creation of value for businesses, especially in knowledge-intensive production sectors.

Addressing the challenges posed by the economic players in the local system means proposing solutions, new technologies and systems that favour their digital transformation and the innovation of their products and processes.

This also means guaranteeing a future for companies and all the employees working in them and nurturing the productivity of supply chains and industrial specialisation.
