Static acceptance deposit

The static inspection must be filed after or at the same time as the filing of the completed structure report and within 60 days after completion of the structural works.

The static test must be submitted through the SUAP portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

In cases where the structural work is classified as a "repair/local intervention" pursuant to paragraph 8.4.1 of Ministerial Decree of 17 January 2018 or as an "intervention without relevance to public safety" pursuant to Article 94-bis, paragraph 1, point 3 of Presidential Decree 380/2001, the static test is replaced by the certificate of regular execution.

The SUAP portal guides you through filling in various screens and uploading attachments:

• MDA form - generated by the SUAP;
• Summary bill - generated by the SUAP;
• Possible power of attorney from the inspector to an attorney for the submission and signature of the complaint;
• Static inspection;
• Filing receipt of the report once the structure has been completed.

Please note that:

• all documents must be saved in PDF/A prior to signing;
• documents signed with a handwritten signature must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document of the signatory.

Once the SUAP protocol has been received, the filing is deemed to have been made.

However, it is possible that, following an office check, a new communication may be requested to supplement the filing. This request must be fulfilled as quickly as possible, always via the SUAP platform.

In the event of serious deficiencies, the filing may also be cancelled. In this case, it will be necessary to suspend the work and resubmit the application.
