Initial declaration of structural works

The report must be made before the start of structural works.

Construction companies carrying out structural works or professionals delegated for filing.

The complaint complete with all the documentation must be submitted through the SUAP portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

The SUAP portal guides you through filling in various screens and uploading attachments:

• MDA form - generated by the SUAP;
• Summary list - generated by the SUAP;
• Power of attorney (if any) of the company/ies to an attorney for the submission and signature of the complaint;
• Appointment form of the tester (if required);
• Acceptance form of the tester (if required);
• Illustrative report form;
• Structural designer's asseveration form;
• Complete structural project of all components;
• Architectural project;
• Any other free attachments.

Please note that:

• all documents must be saved in PDF/A prior to signing;
• documents signed with handwritten signatures must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document of the signatory.

Once the SUAP protocol has been received, the filing is deemed to have been made.

However, it is possible that, following an office check, a new communication may be requested to supplement the filing. This request must be fulfilled as quickly as possible, always via the SUAP platform.

In the event of serious deficiencies, the filing may also be cancelled. In this case, it will be necessary to suspend the work and resubmit the application.
