Filing of report after completion of structure

The completed structure report must be filed within 60 days of the completion of the structural works.

Professionals in the construction sector who act as project managers for structural works.

The completed structure report must be submitted through the SUAP portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

In cases where the structural work is classified as "local repair/intervention" pursuant to paragraph 8.4.1 of Ministerial Decree of 17 January 2018 or as "intervention without relevance to public safety" pursuant to Article 94-bis, paragraph 1, point 3 of Presidential Decree 380/2001, the report on the completed structure is replaced by the certificate of regular execution.

The SUAP portal guides you through filling in various screens and uploading attachments:

• MDA form - generated by the SUAP;
• summary list - generated by the SUAP;
• construction manager's report;
• material test certificates;
• material acceptance documentation;
• load test reports, if any.

Please note that:

• all documents must be saved in PDF/A prior to signing;
• documents signed with a handwritten signature must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document of the signatory.

Once the SUAP protocol has been received, the filing is deemed to have been made.

However, it is possible that, following an office check, a new communication may be requested to supplement the filing. This request must be fulfilled as quickly as possible, always via the SUAP platform.

In the event of serious deficiencies, the filing may also be cancelled. In this case, it will be necessary to resubmit it.
