Single Application – 2026 Campaign

The Single Agricultural Application is the mechanism that enables farmers to benefit from payments linked to‘Direct Payments’(EAGF IACS fund) and to be allocated new payment entitlements.

To be eligible for the Direct Payments provided for under the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), it is necessary, in chronological order, to be an active farmer within the meaning of Article 4 of the MASAF Ministerial Decree, ref. no. 660087 of 23 December 2022, hold a validated Farm File and submit a Single Agricultural Application in accordance with Article 11 of the MASAF Ministerial Decree, ref. no. 660087, of 23 December 2022, as well as any Application for access to the national reserve (DAR) in accordance with Article 12 of the same Ministerial Decree ref. no. 660087.

The Single Application, which must be submitted exclusively online, may be submitted independently, subject to accreditation to the Integrated Agricultural Information System of the Autonomous Province of Trento (A4G), or via the Agricultural Assistance Centre (CAA) to which the farmer has delegated the task.

Update on deadlines for the Single Application
Initially, AGEA Coordination Circular ref. no. 12953 of 13 February 2026 had set the deadline for submitting the Single Application as 15 May 2026 (with a deadline for late applications of 9 June 2026).
Subsequently, the AGEA Circular ref. no. 41793 of 15 May 2026 extended these deadlines.
The new deadlines are:

• Standard submission by 30 June 2026.
• Late submission by 25 July 2026.

Outcomes and payment of the Single Application
The payment of grants is regarded as a positive outcome of the preliminary assessment of the Single Agricultural Application submitted by the beneficiary. Details of the payments made by the Provincial Payments Agency for the current financial year and the two previous years are available on the Open Data Trentino portal (link).

Rejections, whether of the Single Agricultural Application or of any Application for Access to the National Reserve (DAR), will instead be communicated to the applicant concerned via a certified email (PEC).

Depending on who submits the Single Farm Application (the farmer or a CAA acting on their behalf), the costs involved will vary.
