Integrated Agricultural Information System of the Autonomous Province of Trento

The system comprises two different software components, A4G and SRTrento, which manage the register of agricultural holdings and the procedures relating to the financial contributions allocated to them.

A4G is the application used tomanage:

• the farm file;
• aid and support applications relating to measures concerning land or livestock pursuant to European Regulation No. 2115/2021 of 2 December 2021;
• the processing of applications for direct payments to farmers under European Regulations No. 1307/2013 of 17 December 2013 and No. 2115/2021 of 2 December 2021;
• the examination of applications for rural development support and payments relating to land area or livestock under European Regulation No 2115/2021 dated 2 December 2021;
• the submission of anti-Mafia documentation and the related preliminary investigation pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 159 dated 6 September 2011;
• subsidised agricultural fuel (UMA).

SRTrento is the application for managing:

• aid and payment applications relating to rural development measures not linked to land area or livestock, in accordance with European Regulations No. 1305/2013 dated 17 December 2013 and No. 2115/2021 dated 2 December 2021;
• aid and payment applications relating to sector-specific measures concerning viticulture and beekeeping, in accordance with European Regulation No 2115/2021 of 2 December 2021;
• provincial aid (Provincial Law 4/2003, Provincial Law 9/2011 and other local legislation).

The following may apply for access to the A4G and SRTrento portals:

• Business owner/Legal representative;
• Agricultural business staff member/consultant;
• Staff member/associate at Agricultural Assistance Centres (CAA);
• Employee or associate of a fuel distributor;
• Employee or associate of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Access to A4G and SRTrento enables agricultural businesses to:

• view the details of their file;
• apply to terminate the agreement entered into with the CAA;
• submit grant applications relating to direct payments and rural development;
• submit grant applications relating to sector-specific measures;
• submit grant applications in support of the agricultural and forestry sector in the Autonomous Province of Trento;
• submit an application for agricultural fuel (UMA);
• complete the anti-Mafia self-declaration.

Functions for consultants, collaborators and associations
The system provides specific authorisations to support data management:

• by proxy: consultants and collaborators can access the file data and complete grant applications on behalf of the farm;
• for associations (wineries, warehouses, etc.): the owners, legal representatives or staff/advisers of the association can view the data from the farm files of all member organisations directly in A4G.
