Single Application – 2025 Campaign

The Single Agricultural Application is the mechanism that enables farmers to receive payments linked to‘Direct Payments’(EAGF IACS fund) and to be allocated new payment entitlements.

To be eligible for the Direct Payments provided for under the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), it is necessary, in chronological order, to be an active farmer within the meaning of Article 4 of the MASAF Ministerial Decree, ref. no. 660087 of 23 December 2022, hold a validated Farm File and submit a Single Agricultural Application in accordance with Article 11 of the MASAF Ministerial Decree, ref. no. 660087, dated 23 December 2022, as well as any Application for access to the national reserve (DAR) in accordance with Article 12 of the same Ministerial Decree, ref. no. 660087.

The Single Application, which must be submitted exclusively online, may be lodged independently, subject to registration with the Integrated Agricultural Information System of the Autonomous Province of Trento (A4G), or via the Agricultural Assistance Centre (CAA) to which the farmer has delegated the task.

By Ministerial Decree No. 323941 of 14 July 2025, MASAF set thedeadline for submitting the Single Application – for the 2025 campaign – at 31 July 2025, whilst for late submissions the deadline is 25 August 2025.

The payment of grants is considered to constitute a positive outcome of the preliminary assessment of the Single Agricultural Application submitted by the beneficiary. Details of the payments made by the Provincial Payments Agency for the current financial year and the two preceding years are available on the Open Data Trentino portal (link).

Conversely, notifications of rejected applications – whether for the Single Agricultural Application or, where applicable, the Application for Access to the National Reserve (DAR) – will be sent via certified email (PEC).

Depending on who submits the Single Farm Application (the farmer or a CAA acting on their behalf), there will be different costs to bear.
