Pursuant to Provincial Executive Resolution No. 1125 of 24 July 2026, theNotice for the preparation of a Catalogue of training courses in the field of age and diversity management.
The Call for Proposals, adopting an approach based on lifelong learning, aims to support individuals and organisations in addressing changes in the socio-economic context, whilst promoting the value of diversity.
The Catalogue is divided into two distinct strands of intervention:
- The initiative A) Vocational training programmes for ‘Experts in age and diversity management’”,involves the approval of two vocational training programmes in the catalogue, with the aim of training managers capable of promoting collaboration between different generations, integrating diverse skills and developing company policies that guarantee equal opportunities and respect for all employees. The duration of each training programme may vary between 150 and 200 hours.
- The initiative B) Lifelong learning programmes with professional development content in the field of age and diversity management provides for the approval of six training programmes in the catalogue, with the aim of promoting a positive view of diversity within organisations and creating collaborative working environments where the diversity of experiences and skills fosters business growth and the well-being of employees. The training duration is 24 hours for each course in the catalogue.
Each funded session must be completed within 12 months of the date on which the Administration notifies the organiser that funding has been granted.
The total funds available for this Call for Proposals amount to €500,000.00, of which €290,000.00 is allocated to vocational training courses under Operation A) and €200,000.00 for the lifelong learning programmes under Operation B).
The sum of €10,000.00 is set aside to cover additional costs to ensure the accessibility of the programmes for participants with disabilities.
The target groups for the two operations:
- A)Vocational training programmes for ‘Experts in age and diversity management’”: individuals resident or domiciled in the province of Trento who hold a university degree or a secondary school diploma and have at least 10 years’ experience as a middle manager, and who are interested in becoming experts in the field for professional purposes.
- B)Continuing professional development courses in the field of age and diversity management: individuals resident or domiciled in the province of Trento who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the topics covered.
In both cases, the Organisation may set out any further specific requirements for participants in the project proposal.
This initiative is funded under Priority 2 ‘Education and Training’ of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021–2027 Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-funding from the European Union, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
