PNNR - M1C3 Village Attractiveness - call 2025

The NRP, through Investment 2.1 'Attractiveness of Villages', wants to help the economic and social development of small Italian villages by enhancing their cultural, historical and traditional heritage.

In particular, Line of Action A has allocated funds to 20 municipalities for projects of cultural, social and economic regeneration of villages at risk of abandonment.

The Autonomous Province of Trento proposed the village of Palù del Fersina - Palai En Bersntol for a project called 'The Strength of the Minority: Rebirth of a Germanic Village South of the Alps'.

This project received EUR 20 million from the Ministry of Culture and a collaboration agreement was approved and signed between the Province and the municipality of Palù del Fersina.

Within the framework of this project, intervention No. 35, 'Enhancement of agricultural activity', allocated 200,000.00 Euro to help farms purchase haymaking machines and improve their funds.

Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, including micro-enterprises, and their cooperatives or associations involved in primary production are eligible to apply.

What requirements must they have?

At the time of application and payment, they must have these requirements:

• Be registered with the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA) and have a VAT number.
• Have a confirmed and up-to-date company file.
• They must not be considered 'companies in difficulty'.
• They must not have a history of serious offences against the State or the European Union.
• If the investment concerns the purchase of a new vehicle, they must undertake to replace an old one they own.
• They must not have pending recovery orders for aid considered illegal in the past.

The call is only open to companies that have their registered office and agricultural land in the municipality of Palù del Fersina - Palai En Bersntol. If the registered office is elsewhere, the agricultural activity must still take place within this municipality.
