The following may apply for a licence to use the mark against payment
- agricultural and forestry enterprises, individually or in association, operating in the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park
- enterprises of the tertiary sector, bodies and associations other than Third Sector Bodies, that promote local production and produce goods, services and products in the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park, consistent with the Park's aims and activities as well as with sustainable development
- agri-food and craft enterprises, falling under the definition of micro-enterprises and SMEs of the EC, that valorise typical agricultural and craft productions
- entities managing tourist accommodation facilities
Goods, services and products
The licence to use the Park's mark may be granted if the product is already subject to recognition or compliance with certifications, guidelines, protocols or good practices related to environmental quality and, in the case of products only, if in addition at least one of the following conditions is met
- the production process, referring both to the raw material and to the processing, takes place entirely within the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park
- the manufacturing process takes place outside the territory of the Park, but the raw materials come entirely from the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park
- the processing takes place within the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park, but the raw materials, although fundamental for the production of the product itself, are not grown or produced in the territory of the Park.
Non-receptive tourist services
The conditions for obtaining the licence to use the Park's mark are the operation within the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park, in addition to the requirement of the possession of recognitions or compliance with certifications, guidelines, protocols or good practices related to environmental quality.
Accommodation Facilities
The Park's mark may be granted to the following categories of accommodation facilities located in the territory of the administrative municipalities included in the Park
- hotel and non-hotel structures, excluding holiday houses and flats, condhotels
- campsites
- alpine and excursion refuges
- agritourism facilities
In the accommodation sector, the licence to use the mark may be granted to accommodation facilities that, at the time of application, already enjoy forms of recognition or compliance with certifications or already adhere to protocols related to environmental quality.
The accommodation facilities to which the licence to use the mark is granted, when submitting the application, undertake to ensure and prove, at the time of inspection, the following fulfilments
- the organisation of initiatives and actions consistent with sustainable development and with the purposes and activities of the Park;
- the participation in dissemination and training initiatives promoted by the Park;
- the display in common areas of information material provided by the Park and the provision to guests of publications or other consultable material on the Park and its territory.
