Free licence to use the Stelvio National Park trademark - Trentino

The Stelvio National Park - Trentino may grant the use of its mark free of charge, for the implementation of activities of a continuous or periodic nature, however identified and delimited in time.

When the use of the mark concerns activities partly referring to territories of the Stelvio National Park other than the Trentino National Park, the concession is subject to the acquisition of the consent of the relevant managing bodies.

Recipients of the trade mark licence may not further assign its use to third parties.

The free licence to use the Park's trade mark may be granted to

• public bodies and their associative and collaborative forms,
• entities and companies of the provincial public system
• Third Sector entities pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 117 of 3 July 2017 (Third Sector Code)
• universities and cultural, scientific, educational, sporting and social institutions

Applications for patronage must be addressed to theStelvio National Park Management Office by filling in the appropriate form (see below).

The application for the use of the mark must contain all the elements necessary to allow the Park to assess its eligibility. Use the form below, enclosing any other statements or documentation you deem useful.

The time limit for the procedure is set at 30 days starting from the day after receipt of the application complete with all annexes.

The licence for free use of the Park's mark may be granted for a period not exceeding three years, continuous, even if the activity does not take place on a continuous basis but on a periodic or recurring basis within the same three-year period.
