Initial complaint for superelevation work

The declaration must be made before the start of the structural works, and the successful completion and submission of the relevant certification must be awaited before work begins.

Construction companies carrying out structural works or professionals delegated for filing.

The report complete with all the documentation must be submitted through the SUAP portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento only for raising works.

Please note that, pursuant to Council Resolution No. 1413 of 27/08/2021, 'the mere recovery of an attic for residential purposes of an existing building, for which the agibility permit has already been issued, does not constitute raising, if the pre-existing floor is used without substantially altering the static and seismic behaviour of the building'. On the other hand, the intervention must be classified as raising 'when a new floor is built or when the intervention produces said substantial alteration of the static and seismic behaviour of the building'.

• MDA form - generated by the SUAP;
• Summary list - generated by the SUAP;
• Power of attorney (if any) of the company/ies to an attorney for the submission and signature of the complaint;
• Appointment form of the tester;
• Acceptance form of the tester;
• Illustrative report form;
• Structural designer's asseveration form for superelevation works;
• Complete structural project of all components;
• Architectural project;
• Any other free attachments.

Please note that:

• all documents must be saved in PDF/A prior to signing;
• documents signed with handwritten signatures must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document of the signatory.
