The grant awarded shall be paid out upon presentation of the documentation drawn up using the appropriate form and accompanied by a copy of the tax documentation, certifying that it conforms to the original.
Prior to the date of conclusion of the initiative, for grants of no less than €40,000.00, anadvance payment of up to 50% of the granted contribution may be requested. The application must contain a declaration of start-up of the organisation of the initiative and the guarantee of the advance payment, for the same amount, by means of a digital bank guarantee or digital surety bond.
It is possible to request an extension of the reporting deadline for one time only, up to a maximum of one year, with an application to be submitted by the end of the original deadline.
N.B.: the following text does not replace the rules set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 988 of 11 July 2025 below, to which reference should be made for all purposes.
Reported expenses must be duly receipted.
Payments in cash, nor for compensation, exchange, or exchange of goods/advertisement are not allowed.
Invoices and documentation of expenses must be dated after the date of submission of the grant application.
In the event that at the time of reporting the eligible expenditure is less than the amount indicated in the estimate, the amount of the grant shall be recalculated in proportion to the reported expenditure.
The grant awarded shall not exceed the net expenditure, net expenditure being defined as the difference between expenditure and income.
In the event of failure to account for the grant within the deadline set and any extension thereof, the grant shall be forfeited in full.
The grant shall not be paid in the event of failure to complete the project and in the event that the project is substantially different from the project envisaged in the application; in such cases the grant shall be forfeited and any advance granted shall also be recovered.
In the event of failure to submit the accounts within the deadline set, possibly extended, the grant shall be forfeited in full.
In the event that the grant application documents are submitted after the deadline set, possibly extended, and in any case before the notification of the start of the forfeiture of the grant, the grant shall be reduced by 5% at the time of the grant payment.
