The application can be submitted at any time of the year, as long as it is before the start date.
The competent structure shall process the applications according to the chronological order in which they are submitted. At the end of the examination process, the grant is approved and the contribution awarded.
Within 60 days the decision to grant the aid and the subsequent allocation of the contribution in relation to the available funds, or the decision not to grant the aid, is adopted. The grant of the contribution refers to the calendar year in which the initiative is carried out. In case of insufficient funds, the 60-day time limit refers to the admission decision.
For beneficiaries admitted but excluded from the grant, in the event that additional resources become available in the financial year of admission, the grant is granted after verification of the beneficiary's interest and possible definition of a new date for the realisation of the initiative, within 30 days from the verification.
Applications admitted and not financed during the year of submission shall lapse.
The interested party is notified of the outcome of the procedure by PEC.
Information on the status of the procedure can be obtained from the competent office (contact details are indicated on this information sheet).
Failure on the part of the structure to respect the time limit for the procedure may allow the interested party to apply to the General Manager of the Department of Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism to request the conclusion of the procedure.
Following the notification of the grant award, the beneficiary has to submit the declaration for settlement (or possible extension or advance) within six months starting from the day following the last day of the subsidised initiative.
