Description
This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have been awarded a grant for the implementation of projects aimed at developing young people with sporting talent.
The advance payment is recognised to the extent of up to 50% of the contribution granted within the limit of the expenses actually incurred up to the time the application is submitted.
The contribution is provided for in Article 16, Section 3 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".
Restrictions
The application for an advance payment may be submitted only after the start of the activities envisaged by the project, for a maximum amount of 50% of the granted contribution and within the limit of the expenses incurred up to that moment.
The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.
CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, also through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time of the assignment of the incentive itself or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023.
