Description
It is a contribution to support projects that pursue one or more of the following aims
(a) to encourage and support the practice of sport by persons with disabilities;
b) to implement interventions, events, meetings that promote the practice of sport by people with disabilities
c) activating services and/or initiatives that, through the practice of sport, favour the integration, aggregation and improvement of the psychophysical condition of people with disabilities.
The following types of expenditure related to the implementation of the activity and referring to the sporting season in which the activity subject to the grant takes place and which ends in the year following the year in which the application is submitted are eligible
(a) promotion and dissemination of the initiative;
(b) rental of sports equipment, facilities or spaces
(c) sanitary materials;
(d) accommodation of athletes, accompanying persons, organisers, collaborators
e) transport of athletes, accompanying persons, organisers, collaborators (in case of private vehicle, only mileage reimbursement is allowed)
f) board and lodging of athletes, accompanying persons, organisers, collaborators for trips also outside the provincial territory
g) reimbursements and compensation to the following sports workers: coaches, instructors, technical directors, sports managers, athletic trainers, competition directors, athletes with accompanying-guide function
(h) reimbursements and compensation to professional sports coaches;
(i) reimbursements to sports volunteers;
(j) self-employment services of collaborators.
Applications for subsidies are submitted
a) in simple form by the individual sports association or club
b) in aggregate form by the individual sports association or club, as lead partner, in partnership with other sports associations or clubs or other public bodies or private entities, having their registered office in the Province of Trento and recognised by CONI or CIP or registered in the register of voluntary organisations, established pursuant to Provincial Law no. 8 of 13 February 1992. In this case, all administrative and financial relations shall be held with the lead organisation, while the partner organisations must declare themselves to be active participants in the project.
The contribution is granted to the extent of 80% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limits of the deficit, the available resources and the maximum amount of 20,000 euro.
The contribution is provided for in Article 15(1)(f) of Provincial Law no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.
Restrictions
The application for a grant must be submitted between 1 and 30 November of each year, referring to initiatives that are intended to be carried out in the following year or in the sporting season that will end in the year following the year in which the application is submitted.
Each applicant may submit only one application per year, respectively referring to each of the initiatives.
Applicants who, for the same initiative, have applied for or obtained funding from public bodies other than the Province must declare this in their application and provide evidence of any additional funding received when submitting their application.
CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, even through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of concession or communicated at the time of the assignment of the incentive itself or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023. The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.
On the basis of the available resources, established annually by the Provincial Council, all accepted applications are financed. In the event that the available resources are not sufficient to fully fund the admitted applications, a proportional redetermination of the contribution shall be made among all of them.
