Grants for professional and top-class sport (advance)

The advance is paid to the extent of up to 70% of the contribution granted once the granting measure has become enforceable, subject to the request and presentation of a bank guarantee of the same amount in favour of the provincial administration or an insurance policy issued by a leading insurance institution.

The contribution is provided for by Article 17 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The application for payment of the advance may be submitted only after the registration of the measure granting the contribution.

Sports associations and clubs, including those constituted in the form of joint stock companies and limited liability companies, entered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, which carry on activities of a professional nature recognised by CONI, to which the contribution applied for has been granted by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sports Activities Service

Sports associations and clubs, registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, which carry out non-professional activities and participate in the national championships of the top division, to which the contribution applied for has been granted by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sports Activities Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Original copy of the bank guarantee for the same amount in favour of the Autonomous Province of Trento or the insurance policy issued by a leading insurance institute.
3. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
4. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.
