Grants for professional and top league sport (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs, joint-stock companies, and limited liability companies that have obtained the contribution for expenses related to professional and top-level sports activities.

The contribution is paid to the extent of 50% of the eligible expenditure and, in any case, within the limit of the contribution granted, the operating loss or deficit.

The contribution is provided for by Article 17 of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" while the activity of a professional nature is identified by Law 23 March 1981, no. 91 "Regulations on the relations between companies and professional sportsmen".

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Sports associations and clubs, joint-stock companies, limited liability companies that have submitted an application for a grant and to which the requested grant has been awarded by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sporting Activities Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application for the grant must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application for payment of balance completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Final report of professional or top league sporting activity, dated and signed.
3. Final report on the promotion and dissemination of sporting activities, dated and signed.
4. Final financial plan of the professional or top league activity, dated and signed.
5. List of expenditure documents on a prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
6. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
7. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

In the case of a grant exceeding €78,000, in addition to the documents listed above
a) report of the internal auditing body, in which at least the chairman is enrolled in the register of auditors or in the register of chartered accountants
or
b) a sworn expert's report by a person entered in the register of auditors or in the register of chartered accountants or accountancy experts;
or
c) a report issued by an auditing company referred to in Law No. 1966 of 23 November 1939.

The report or expert opinion must certify
i. the truthfulness of what is stated in the report
ii. the existence and regularity of the documentation proving the income and expenditure indicated in the submitted financial statements;
iii. that the income earned and expenses incurred are attributable to the financial year in which the grant was awarded and to the activity that is the subject of the grant
iv. that the expenses incurred are consistent with the eligibility criteria of the grant
v. the criteria adopted for the allocation and charging of revenues and overhead expenses.

The application for payment must be submitted at the end of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated - no later than 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted.
