Grants for organising and/or participating in European sports initiatives (liquid.)

This is the application submitted by the committees, delegations or provincial sections of the national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines or their delegated sports associations or clubs, which have obtained the grant to organise and/or participate in sporting initiatives of a European nature.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 70% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and the contribution granted.

The contribution is provided for in Article 36 of Provincial Law No. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - by 31 December of the year in which the application for the grant is submitted.

The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Committees, delegations or provincial sections of the national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines recognised by CONI or CIP, operating at provincial level in the amateur sports sector, or their associated and delegated sports associations and clubs listed in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, to which the grant applied for has been granted by order of the Head of the Tourism and Sport Department.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Final illustrative report, dated and signed.
3. Final financial plan, showing income and expenditure for each type of eligible expenditure, dated and signed.
4. List of expenditure documents on a prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.
