Grants for organising and/or participating in European sports initiatives (application)

It is a contribution for the organisation and/or participation of representative athletes set up by the committees or delegations or provincial sections of sports federations or associated sports disciplines, in the events envisaged by the sports programmes within the framework of the Arge Alp Alpine regions working community and the Euregio Tirol-South Tyrol-Trentino European territorial cooperation grouping.

Expenditure is eligible if the documents are issued after the date of submission of the application for assistance for
(a) transport and rentals
(b) accommodation and meals
(c) reimbursements and compensation to the following sports workers: instructors, coaches, technical directors
sports directors, athletic trainers;
(d) reimbursements and compensation to registered sports technicians;
(e) reimbursements to sports volunteers;
(f) fees and reimbursements to administrative staff;
g) expenses related to the direct organisation of the event.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 70% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit and taking into account the resources made available.

The contribution is provided for in Article 36 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

As from 1 April 2026, access to public grants and subsidies by beneficiaries who are registered in the companies' register and who own, operate or use land, buildings, plant, machinery, industrial and commercial equipment referred to in Article 2424, paragraph 1, Assets Section, item B-II, numbers 1), 2) and 3) of the Civil Code, used in the operation of the business, is subject to the stipulation of an insurance policy covering damages caused by natural disasters and catastrophic events to such assets. The policy must be in place at the time the grant is awarded and remain in place throughout the duration of the initiatives. In the event of failure to comply with the insurance obligation - implemented at provincial level by the Provincial Council Resolution No. 2114 of 19 December 2025 - denial of the incentive is envisaged.

Committees, delegations or provincial sections of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur activity sector

Sports associations and clubs entered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities and operating at provincial level in the amateur activity sector, delegated by the committees, delegations or provincial sections of the national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines to which they are affiliated.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Explanatory report on the planned initiative, dated and signed.
3. Financial plan showing income and expenditure for each type of eligible expenditure.
4. Any deed whereby the committee, delegation or provincial section of the national sports federation, the sports promotion body or the associated sports discipline delegates the affiliated association or sports club to participate in and/or organise the initiative.
5. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the designated employee.

The application must be submitted between 1 January and 31 March each year.
