Grants for organising and/or participating in European sporting initiatives (paid out)

This is the application submitted by the committees, delegations or provincial branches of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines, or by the sports associations or clubs delegated by them, which have been awarded a grant to organise and/or participate in sporting initiatives of a European nature.

The grant is awarded at a rate of 70 per cent of eligible expenditure and, in any event, subject to the deficit and the amount of the grant awarded.

The grant is provided for under Article 36 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, ‘Provincial Law on Sport 2016’.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a grant, and the grant must have been awarded to them by a decision of the head of the provincial department responsible for sport.

Committees, delegations or provincial branches of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines recognised by CONI or CIP, operating at provincial level in the field of amateur sport, or their affiliated and delegated sports associations and clubs registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial body responsible for sport.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted using the editable form provided by the local authority and sent as a static PDF or JPG file to the certified email addressserv.sport@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. An application form completed in full, dated and signed.
2. A final explanatory report, dated and signed.
3. A final financial plan, showing income and expenditure for each type of eligible expenditure, dated and signed.
4. A list of expenditure documents on the provided form, in both PDF and spreadsheet formats.
5. Data protection notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand on a scanned document and not in the presence of the relevant staff member.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the project and, in any event – unless otherwise specified in the decision granting the grant – by 31 December of the year in which the grant application was submitted.
