Description
This is a grant for the organisation and/or participation of a team of athletes put together by the committees, delegations or provincial branches of sports federations or associated sports disciplines, in events included in the sports programmes within the framework of the Arge Alp working community of the Alpine regions and the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Euregio Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino.
Eligible expenses are those for which supporting documents were issued after the date of submission of the grant application, relating to:
a) transport and hire;
b) board and lodging;
c) reimbursements and remuneration for the following sports professionals: instructors, coaches, technical directors,
sporting directors, fitness coaches;
d) reimbursements and remuneration for sports coaches registered with professional bodies;
e) reimbursements to sports volunteers;
f) remuneration and reimbursements to administrative staff;
g) expenses relating to the direct organisation of the event.
The grant is awarded at a rate of 70 per cent of eligible expenditure and, in any event, subject to the deficit and taking into account the resources made available.
The grant is provided for under Article 36 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, ‘Provincial Law on Sport 2016’.

| CATASTROPHIC EVENTS INSURANCE POLICY |
From 1 April 2026, access to public grants and subsidies by beneficiaries registered in the Companies Register who own, manage or use land, buildings, plant, machinery, and industrial and commercial equipment as referred to in Article 2424, first paragraph, Assets section, heading B-II, numbers 1), 2) and 3) of the Civil Code,used in the course of business, shall be subject to the taking out of an insurance policy covering damage caused to such assets by natural disasters and catastrophic events. The policy must be in force at the time the grant is awarded and must remain in force for the entire duration of the initiatives. In the event of failure to comply with the insurance obligation – implemented at provincial level by Provincial Executive Resolution No. 2114 of 19 December 2025 – the grant will be refused.
