Grants for opening a section or association of athletes with disabilities (application)

It is a grant for the opening by associations or sports clubs of an association section dedicated to persons with disabilities as well as the opening of a new association or sports club dedicated to persons with disabilities.

The following types of expenditure are eligible whose documents were issued after the date of submission of the grant application
(a) consultancy;
b) registration and registration fees.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 90% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit, the available resources and the maximum amount of €2,000 in the case of a new section and €3,000 in the case of a new association.

The contribution for the opening by associations or sports clubs of an association section for people with disabilities is provided for in Article 26, paragraph 4 of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The grant for the opening of a new association destined for persons with disabilities is provided for in Article 15, paragraph 1, letter i) of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

For the opening of an association section and a new association or sports club, each applicant may submit a single application.

On the basis of the available resources, established annually by the Provincial Council, all admitted applications are financed. If the available resources are not sufficient to fully fund the admitted applications, the contribution is proportionally redetermined among all of them.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that:
(a) are registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) they have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting sporting discipline in the youth sectors as defined and regulated by the relevant FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or CIP.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that work exclusively with athletes with disabilities and that
(a) are registered in the national register of amateur sports activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) they do not have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting the sport in the youth sectors.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

OPENING A NEW SECTION
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Explanatory report referring to the planned activities.
3. Estimate of costs to be incurred for opening.
4. Copy of the articles of association showing the prevalence of sporting activity for people with disabilities or a declaration regarding the opening of a new section dedicated to the sporting activity of people with disabilities.
5. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

OPENING OF A NEW SPORTS ASSOCIATION OR CLUB
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Explanatory report referring to the planned activities.
3. Estimate of costs to be incurred for opening.
4. Copy of the articles of association showing the prevalence of sport for people with disabilities.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application must be submitted between 1 and 30 November each year.
