Grants for opening a new section or association of athletes with disabilities (liquid.)

This is the application submitted by associations or sports clubs that have obtained the contribution for the opening of a new association section dedicated to people with disabilities or for the opening of a new association or sports club dedicated exclusively to people with disabilities.

The grant is paid to the extent of 90% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit, the maximum amount of EUR 2,000 (if a new section) or EUR 3,000 (if a new association) and the grant awarded.

The contribution is provided for in Article 26, paragraph 4 of Provincial Law no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.

The request for payment must be submitted upon completion of the activity and in any case - unless otherwise indicated in the grant award decision - by 31 December of the year following the year in which the grant application was submitted.

The applicant must have previously applied for the contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the manager of the Tourism and Sport Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Final illustrative report, dated and signed.
3. Statement of costs incurred, dated and signed.
4. List of expenditure documents on prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.
