Grants for local sports facilities (settlement of balance)

This is the application submitted by the sports associations or clubs that have obtained the grant for works and interventions concerning the construction, restructuring, extension and improvement of sports facilities of a local nature and that must be functional and usable after the intervention.

The balance is granted within the limit of the contribution granted and of any advance payments already paid.

The grant is provided for in Article 33 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

CUP

As of 1 June 2023, invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), stated in the deed of concession or communicated at the time the incentive itself is awarded or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023.
The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested contribution has been granted by order of the head of the provincial structure responsible for sport.

The application must be submitted by the president of the organisation.

The grant application must be submitted on the fillable form provided by the administration and sent from the applicant's certified mailbox to serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document. The identity document is not required if the signature is in digital or qualified electronic format.

4A. For works of an admitted amount up to EUR 155,000
- Declaration in lieu of affidavit concerning the regular execution of the works, completion of the works with indication of the relevant date, statement of total expenses incurred with indication of the date of receipt;
- extract of the minutes of the Board of Directors of the association/sports club approving the final accounts with indication of the total amount of the expenditure receipted and acknowledgement of the restriction on the use of the facility for sports purposes for the duration of fifteen years from the date of completion of the works;
If not already produced as an annex to the executive project:
- Acknowledgement of the constraint and commitment to maintain the destination for sports use also by the owner of the property subject to the intervention; if the property is privately owned and available to the Municipality, similar acknowledgement of the constraint and commitment to maintain the destination for sports use by the Municipal Administration.

4B. For works of an admitted amount exceeding € 155,000
- sworn expert's report pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 or art. 7, paragraph 1, letter c) of the d.P.G.P. 5/6/2000 no. 9-27/Leg and subsequent amendments.

4C. As an alternative to the attachments under points 4A and 4B above
- certification by the Works Director attesting to the completion of the works;
- report by the Director of Works on the work carried out;
- certification attesting to the regular execution of the work in compliance with the project accepted for funding signed by the Works Director or by an authorised technician;
- final accounts with related explanatory drawings signed by the Director of works or an authorised technician;
- originals of the invoices (which will be returned upon completion of the work) with related receipts certifying the expenditure;
- list of invoices supporting the final accounts with identification elements, total amounts and details of the relevant receipt;
- extract of the minutes of the Board of Directors of the association/sports club approving the final accounts also indicating the total amount of the receipted expenses and acknowledging the restriction of the use of the facility for sports purposes for the duration of fifteen years from the date of completion of the works;
If not already produced as an annex to the executive project:
- Acknowledgement of the constraint and commitment to maintain the destination for sports use also by the owner of the property subject to the intervention; if the property is privately owned and available to the Municipality, similar acknowledgement of the constraint and commitment to maintain the destination for sports use by the Municipal Administration.
