Description
The grant, provided for in Article 33 of Provincial Law No. 4 'Provincial Law on Sport 2016' of 21 April 2016, is intended for the financing of works and interventions concerning the construction, renovation, expansion or improvement of sports facilities of a local nature and which must be independently functional and usable after the intervention.
Eligible for financing are works whose total cost, including tax charges, is no less than EUR 100,000 and no more than EUR 1,000,000.
Funding is granted to the extent of 75% of the eligible expenditure and in any case up to a maximum limit of €500,000.
Initiatives concerning the construction of new facilities are eligible only on assets owned by the municipality or of which the municipality has the availability or use for a period of not less than 15 years.
Each beneficiary may submit only one application per year. In any case, it is possible to submit a further application only after the delivery of the documentation aimed at settling the balance of the last contribution granted pursuant to Article 33 of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016.
Only one application for a contribution may be submittedfor each sports facility per year. In any case, a further application for a contribution may be submitted only after the delivery of the documentation aimed at settling the balance of the last contribution granted, on the same facility, pursuant to Article 33 of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4.
Restrictions
CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), stated in the deed of concession or communicated at the time the incentive is awarded or at the time the incentive is requested. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023.
