Grants for local sports facilities (payment on account)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained a grant for works and interventions concerning the construction, renovation, extension or improvement of sports facilities of a local character and that after the intervention must be functional and usable.

Sports associations and clubs to which the grant applied for has been granted by order of the head of the provincial structure responsible for sport.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted on the fillable form provided by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

FIRST ADVANCE
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Declaration of the director of works concerning the commencement of work.
4. Bank guarantee or insurance policy issued in favour of the Provincial Administration by a leading insurance institution for an amount equal to 40% of the grant awarded, to guarantee the sum to be disbursed.
5. Declaration of the president of the sports association certifying that the works have been entrusted in compliance with the regulations on public works.

SECOND ADVANCE PAYMENT
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Certification by the works manager certifying the state of progress of at least 80% of the works and supplies.

The grant may be paid in advance in two instalments and up to a maximum of 80%, as follows
- 40% upon commencement of works
- 40% upon completion of at least 80% of the planned works and supplies.
