Grants for local sports facilities (payment on account)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have obtained a grant for works and interventions concerning the construction, renovation, extension or improvement of sports facilities of a local character and that after the intervention must be functional and usable.

Sports associations and clubs to which the grant applied for has been granted by order of the head of the provincial structure responsible for sport.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

FIRST ADVANCE
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Declaration in lieu of affidavit concerning the commencement of works or similar declaration by the director of works.
4. Bank guarantee or insurance policy issued in favour of the Provincial Administration by a primary insurance institution for an amount equal to 40% of the grant awarded, to guarantee the sum to be disbursed.

SECOND ADVANCE PAYMENT
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Certification by the works manager certifying the state of progress of at least 80% of the works and supplies.

The grant may be paid in advance in two instalments and up to a maximum of 80%, as follows
- 40% upon commencement of works
- 40% upon completion of at least 80% of the planned works and supplies.
