Grants for local sports facilities (project variant)

This is the application to obtain authorisation to carry out design variations to the approved executive project that must not, however, entail changes to the nature and purpose of the eligible works.

Moreover, the qualitative or functional requirements of the project on which the grant has been awarded must remain equivalent or be improved, just as the design elements considered in the assessments for the purposes of assigning the score for admission to the grant must maintain the same purpose, nature and functionality with respect to the works originally proposed in the executive project. Variations are preferably aimed at interventions for the containment of consumption and/or management costs.

Without prejudice to the amount of the grant awarded, the amount of the variant project may exceed the amount of the executive project on which the grant was awarded by a maximum of 10%. All amounts are net of tax charges.

The grant is provided for in Article 33 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

Sports associations and clubs to which the grant applied for has been granted by order of the head of the provincial structure responsible for sport.

The application must be submitted by the president of the organisation.

The grant application must be submitted on the fillable form provided by the administration and sent from the applicant's certified mailbox to serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Executive project of variant, consistent with the accepted executive project, drawn up within the terms defined by Article 17 of Provincial Law no. 26 of 10 September 1993 and subsequent amendments, accompanied by the list of legal authorisations.
3. Copy of the decision of the competent body of the Municipality authorising the project variant works on structures or areas owned by the Municipality or of which the Municipality has the availability or enjoyment for a period of not less than the duration of the constraint, and any similar authorisation of the owner of the area or building on which the work is to be carried out if different from the Municipality.
4. Extract of the minutes of the minutes of the Board of Directors of the beneficiary approving the variant project.
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed by the appointed technician.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document. The identity document is not required if the signature is in digital or qualified electronic format.

The application for a variant is not subject to a time limit.
