Grants for investments in youth hostels and holiday homes

Grants are awarded for the following initiatives in municipal areas in which there are no youth hostels or holiday homes operated and organised to provide accommodation for guests:

Investments for youth hostels

• acquisition of stacked buildings and their appurtenant land.

Investments for youth hostels or holiday homes

• construction and infrastructure of areas (only in the presence of ownership and other real right of availability for at least 10 years from the date of completion of the investment)
• renovation of buildings which, while respecting the existing volume, may lead to a different building complex
• purchase of equipment and furnishings.

The subsidised assets are tied to their destination for at least 10 years from the date of opening.

The entities that can access the benefits are the following

• the separate administrations of fractional properties of civic use
• the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme
• the Regole di Spinale Manez

The application for a contribution, drawn up on the appropriate form prepared by the Administration, may be submitted to the Tourism and Sport Service by means of the "assessment procedure" for expenses to be incurred after the submission of the application.

The request for extension or suspension of the start, completion and reporting deadline must be submitted within the original deadline to the Tourism and Sport Service using the appropriate form to be sent to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

The documentation must be drawn up and submitted in accordance with point 1 of the implementation criteria.

The Tourism and Sport Service will verify the existence of the eligibility requirements, the appropriateness of the expenditure, the amount of the contribution due, any prescriptions and will adopt the decision to grant or deny the contribution.

The outcome will be communicated to the operator with the enforceability of the measure or after the positive control of the Budget and Accounting Service.
