The application must be submitted within the deadline set by the Tourism and Sport Service in the granting measure or extended if necessary, using the appropriate form to be sent to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.
The request for extension must be justified in the application.

From the day following receipt of the application (unless a suspension is communicated), the Tourism and Sport Service will adopt the decision granting or refusing the requested extension. The outcome will be formally communicated to the applicant.
