Grants for ‘Sport for All’ community projects (payment)

This is the application submitted by sports organisations that have been awarded a grant to support one-year projects aimed at improving access, encouraging participation by all members of the public, and increasing the number of people – including those with physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities – who take part in physical activity, sport and play.

The grant is awarded at a rate of 80 per cent of eligible expenditure and, in any case, subject to the deficit and the amount of the grant awarded. 

It may be increased to 90 per cent of eligible expenditure for projects specifically aimed at people with disabilities or vulnerabilities and/or gender equality and/or social cohesion and/or the learning and application of Olympic and Paralympic values.

The grant is provided for under Article 21(1)(a) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, ‘Provincial Law on Sport 2016’.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a grant, and the grant must have been awarded to them by a decision of the head of the provincial body responsible for sport.

Committees, delegations or provincial branches of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies and associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the field of amateur sport - or sports associations or clubs affiliated to them and acting as project leaders – to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial body responsible for sport.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted using the editable form provided by the local authority and sent as a static PDF or JPG file to the certified email addressserv.sport@pec.provincia.tn.it.

GRANT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED UP TO 30/09/2024 (Resolution 1605/2022)
1. A fully completed, dated and signed application form.
2. A descriptive report on the activities carried out, dated and signed.
3. Final financial statement, dated and signed.
4. List of expenditure documents on the provided form, in both PDF and spreadsheet formats.
5. List of participants in the initiative.
6. Photographic evidence of the activity for which the grant was awarded.
7. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
8. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand on a scanned document and not in the presence of the relevant staff member.

GRANT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED FROM 01/01/2025 (Resolution 1897/2024)
1. A fully completed, dated and signed application for final payment.
2. Final report on the completed project, dated and signed.
3. Photographic documentation.
4. Final financial statement, dated and signed.
5. List of expenditure documents on the provided form, in both PDF and spreadsheet formats.
6. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
7. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand and not in the presence of the designated staff member.

The application for payment must be submitted upon completion of the project and, in any event – unless otherwise specified in the decision granting the grant – by 31 December of the year following that in which the grant application was submitted.
