Grants for ‘Sport for All’ community projects (advance payment)

This is the application submitted by sports organisations that have been awarded a grant to support one-year projects aimed at improving access, encouraging participation by all members of the public, and increasing the number of people – including those with physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities – who take part in physical activity, sport and play.

The advance payment is granted up to 50 per cent of the grant awarded, subject to the limit of the expenses actually incurred up to the time of submitting the application for the advance payment.

The grant is provided for under Article 21(1)(a) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, the “2016 Provincial Law on Sport”.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a grant, and the grant must have been awarded to them by a decision of the head of the provincial body responsible for sport.

Committees, delegations or provincial branches of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies and associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the field of amateur sport - or sports associations or clubs affiliated to them and acting as project leaders.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application for an advance payment must be submitted using the fillable form provided by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified email addressserv.sport@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. A fully completed, dated and signed application form.
2. A list of expenditure documents on the provided form, in both PDF and spreadsheet formats, dated and signed.
3. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
4. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand on a scanned document and not in the presence of the relevant member of staff.

An application for an advance payment may only be submitted once the activities set out in the project have commenced, for a maximum amount of 50 per cent of the grant awarded and up to a limit of 80 per cent or 90 per cent of the expenditure incurred up to that point.
