Update: Amendment to Resolution No. 1248/2026
- Public assets: Work of the utmost urgency carried out by local authorities on assets for public use managed by ASUC, Regole, the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme, consortia and other bodies representing the community is eligible for funding (see Article 37(1) of Provincial Law 9/2011).
- Water shortages and water supply systems: Measures are eligible for funding to recover water resources in emergencies, and to restore municipal drinking water supply systems and their access roads (where these are the only ones available).
- New expenditure thresholds: The amount eligible for funding now ranges from €10,000.00 to €800,000.00
- Requirements: The emergency report must be submitted at the same time as the notification to the competent risk prevention service.
- New fillable PDF forms: The updated form includes the mandatory declarations relating to:
- Prohibition on double funding: declaration that the applicant is not receiving any other EU, national or local grants;
- Tax obligations: indication of whether or not VAT is deductible;
- Insurance cover: details of whether a policy is in place and the sum insured (if the sum is not yet known at the time of application, it must be provided at the final reporting stage).
