Funds for the implementation of 'Trentino for all' ideas

The resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2349 of 21 December 2023 approved the Criteria and the procedures for the allocation of funds to the Aziende per il turismo (Tourist Boards) for the design and implementation of the winning idea proposals of the competition of ideas "Trentino per tutti" concerning the design and implementation of 3 accessible tourism projects in the province through a procedure open to all and aimed at the development of new tourism products for people with disabilities.

These criteria envisage that the Tourism Companies submit a project proposal aimed at implementing one of the three idea proposals declared winners of the above-mentioned ideas competition. All proposals received will be evaluated internally, based on what is indicated in the Criteria, and the three most deserving projects will subsequently be financed within the limits indicated.

The conditions and deadlines for the submission of projects by six proposing parties, as well as the criteria for evaluating the proposals, are indicated in the above-mentioned resolution and available on this page.

Tourism companies

The application may be submitted by the legal representative

Applications must be submitted by filling in the appropriate form prepared by the administration and sending it to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it in accordance with the procedures set out in the Criteria, in accordance with Provincial Council Resolution No. 2051/2020.

APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
Proposing entities must submit their project proposals using the forms approved by the determination of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service available in the Forms section.

The application must contain a declaration in lieu of affidavit certifying compliance with the requirements of art. 12 of the Provincial Law of 12 August 2020, no. 8 (Law).

The application must be accompanied by the project proposal, complete with all the elements indicated in Article 2 paragraph 7 of the Criteria, signed by the legal representative. If a computer copy by image (scan) is sent, the native file in static PDF format is also requested to be attached.

APPLICATION FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT
To be submitted after the funds have been granted.

APPLICATION FOR THE BALANCE
To be submitted upon presentation, within the deadlines set out in paragraph 3 of the Criteria, of the following documents

• final report of the project activities
• copy of the document certifying the agreement between the beneficiary and the accredited body selected for the implementation of the training courses referred to in Article 2 paragraph 4 of the Criteria if provided, partially or totally, after the deadlines indicated in Article 6 paragraph 2 of the Criteria;
• financial statements relating to the period considered and drawn up by macro-area and by relative individual items of expenditure in line with the financial plan presented during the project
• copy of the receipted invoices by bank transfer or other instrument suitable to ensure the traceability of financial flows (bank receipt-Ri.ba.) of the expenses actually incurred traceable to the financial plan presented in the project, with explicit reference to the project on each individual expenditure document (CUP C45J22000010004). It is specified that a self-certification may be produced for project expenses prior to the allocation of funds and for the cost of internal staff;
• declaration of the attributability of the expenses actually incurred to the subsidised activity;
• declaration of the consistency of the expenses incurred with the eligibility criteria;
• declaration in lieu of affidavit in which the legal representative declares
  - that the organisation has not benefited from any other relief provided for by provincial, national or community laws for the performance of the subsidised activity
  - compliance with the requirements provided for by Article 12 of the Law.
