    If you are not in employment and are looking for work, you can register with the Job Centre as ‘unemployed’ and declare your immediate availability for work (DID).
    Depending on your situation, there are three different ways to register:

    1)If you have finished a job and are entitled to NASpi or DIS-Coll
    If your employment has ended and you are eligible to claim NASpi (New Social Insurance for Employment – Unemployment Benefit) or DIS-Coll, you must:
    - apply via a welfare organisation you trust;
    - orapply onlinevia the INPS website.
    By applying for NASpi, you are automatically registered as unemployed with the Job Centre.
    You will then need to visit your nearest Job Centre to receive support to help you find another job.

    2)If you are not working and are not entitled to NASpi or DIS-Coll
    If you are not eligible for NASpi or DIS-COLL, you can register as unemployed at the Job Centre in one of the following ways:
    - visit the Cliclavoro website and select the ‘Active Labour Market Policies Portal’;
    - visit the Trentino Lavoro portal and select ‘Administrative Services/Did Online’;
    - or visit the Job Centre, where you can receive assistance with the registration process.

    3)If you are at risk of becoming unemployed
    If you have received a letter of dismissal, you can register with the Job Centre only in one of the following ways:
    - go to the Cliclavoro website and select the “Active Labour Market Policies Portal”;
    - go to the Trentino Lavoro portal and select ‘Administrative Services/Did Online’;
    - or visit the Job Centre, where you can receive assistance with the registration process.

    NB! If you are currently in work but need or wish to change jobs, you do not need to register with the Job Centre; go straight to steps 2 and 3.

  2. Complete the profiling process
    At the Job Centre, you will undergo a ‘profiling’ process involving a series of questions designed to outline your career history in order to assess your employability.

  3. Sign the personalised service agreement and find out about the services available
    Depending on the extent and nature of the needs identified during the profiling stage, you may be offered one or more services, set out in a Personalised Service Agreement. The Service Agreement is a contract signed between the individual and the Job Centre; it sets out in detail all the information relating to the rights and obligations of the person registered with the Job Centre, the personalised services agreed upon, and the commitment of both parties to carry out these activities.
