Training and orientation traineeships of Employment Agency and how to activate them. Intervention 1.4 of the Labour Policy Interventions Document.

Description

An apprenticeship is a training experience that allows one to acquire or enhance skills by experimenting within a business organisation. It can therefore become

  • a useful tool for entering or re-entering the labour market, favouring the acquisition, improvement or adaptation of the skills possessed to what is required by the production context and thus favouring a better match between labour supply and demand
  • a facilitation of work orientation, especially for those who are coming out of the school/training system and have inadequate knowledge of the productive context, have little awareness of their professional objectives and need practical experimentation of what they have learnt
  • an opportunity for occupational reconversion.
Types of apprenticeship that can be activated

Listed below are the various types of traineeships that can be activated, which vary according to the subjective characteristics of the trainee, the activities covered by the traineeship and the training content:

The professional reference figure must require at least the same level of education possessed by the trainee.
Traineeships are aimed at people with one of the following qualifications: certificate/qualification, high school diploma, university degree or undergraduate degree.
