Description
The Call for Proposals, approved by ResolutionNo. 1393 of 11 September 2026, provides funding for projects that help toenhance the employability of disadvantaged individualswho are under the care of social services or certified by qualified ASUIT staff, through training and workshop activities aimed at acquiring practical and manual skills and at developing and enhancing the abilities and behaviours required to undertake tasks and duties in a workplace setting, with a view to integration into sheltered employment or the open labour market.
Interested organisations that meet the requirements set out in the Call forProposalsare invited tosubmit proposals fortrainingprogrammeslasting no longer than 18 months.
The programme of activities must be designed to be modular and flexible, taking into account the needs of the participants, and must include a training phase of at least 40 hours to enhance professional and soft skills, which may be delivered as a single group session, as well as a practical workshop phase for the remaining hours, aimed at strengthening practical and manual skills and developing personal abilities and resources to enhance participants’ professional and social capabilities, with a view to their possible future integration into the labour market.
Projects deemed eligible will be assessed by the Technical Evaluation Panel in accordance with the General Evaluation Criteria approved by Provincial Council Resolution No. 2368 of 21 December 2023.
The total funds available for the financing of this Call for Proposals amount to €700,000.00 (of which €280,000.00 constitutes co-financing from the European Union – ESF+, equal to 40 per cent of the total).
It should be noted that an amount of €20,000.00 (of the total available funding mentioned above) is set aside to cover additional costs to ensure the accessibility of the initiatives for participants with disabilities, as specified in paragraph 16 of the Call for Proposals.
This initiative is funded under Priority 3 ‘Social Inclusion’ of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021–2027 Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-financing from the European Union, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
Restrictions
The training and practical sessions will comprise a course duration per participant of between 200 and 500 hours, broken down as follows:
- a minimum of 40 hours of classroom-based training;
- the remaining hours in workshops.
Each course must have at least two participants and may be divided into separate courses, provided they relate to different macro-sectors and have a maximum of 12 participants per course.
In any case, the maximum amount eligible for funding per project is €175,000.00.
Implementation timetable
The projects referred to in this Call for Proposals must be completed within 18 months of the start date of activities and, in any event, by 31 December 2028.
