Application for PNRR grant facades Municipality of Palù del Fersina

Procedures for submitting an application to obtain a financial contribution for building renovation work on the external parts of buildings and/or any other work on dwellings intended as main dwellings (internal parts and appurtenances).

The grant is awarded following the assessment of the documentation submitted, which must comply with the provisions of Provincial Council Resolution No. 1712 of 25/10/2024.

The forms must be digitally signed under penalty of exclusion

Natural persons owning property rights or other rights in rem, also in respect of shares, on real estate intended as main residence located in the municipality of Palù del Fersina and classified as indicated in the public notice.

Please note that

- each applicant may submit only one application for a single building subject to the intervention

- for each building there may be more than one applicant for the maximum total contribution of € 100,000

- for each building unit intended as main dwelling there can be only one applicant (with the consent of any other co-owners or holders of other rights in rem)

The digitally signed application for funding, complete with all annexes, must be submitted using the approved forms only, starting at 0.00 a.m. on 11 November 2024 and ending on 19 December 2024. Applications submitted outside the deadline are inadmissible.

Submission modalities:

• transmission by electronic mail (certified and non-certified) exclusively to the mailbox serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it, please note that attachments in compressed formats or with links (e.g. ZIP, wetransfer, link drive) will not be accepted in accordance with the provincial directives on telematic communications
• submission of the paper application by hand to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in Trento, via Mantova, 67 - from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - (telephone 0461 - 492712), or at the local Autonomous Province of Trento assistance and public information desks. In this case, the original digitally signed computerised version (static format) must also be submitted
• transmission to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by registered mail with return receipt; in this case, the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof. Also in this case, a digitally signed computerised application (e.g. cd, usb) must also be submitted in static format

Annexes 1A and 1A bis are alternative to each other

In the case of more than one applicant per building unit, each applicant must submit its application (Annex 2) at the same time as the others. The annexes relating to the joint intervention project (Annex 1) must be digitally signed by all the applicants involved
