Description
The PA digitale 2026 notices saw a good participation of local administrations; many entities, after applying through the dedicated platform, obtained important PNRR resources earmarked for the following measures
- Quality and usability of digital services, to improve the experience of digital public services for citizens and businesses (over 200 projects with the participation of almost all Trentino municipalities and a large number of schools)
- PagoPA, to expand the adoption of this payment tool for public administrations already launched in Trentino as of 2021 (some municipalities, the Azienda provinciale per i Servizi Sanitari and the University of Trento are participating for a package of services, for a total of 7 projects)
- AppIO, to accelerate the adoption of the application as the main access point to public services (almost all municipalities and the Provincial Health Services Agency)
- Adoption of digital identities, for the extension of digital identity (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale, SPID and Carta d'Identità Elettronica, CIE) as a method of authentication on PA online services (about 180 projects with the participation of almost all municipalities, but also other public bodies, including orders and colleges)
- Adoption of the SEND platform (PND) through the digitisation of processes for the service of legal documents; planned implementation of up to two types of administrative acts, within specific types of acts, such as the service of traffic violations (approximately 120 participating municipalities)
- Digital National Data Platform (PDND), to ensure the interoperability of public data so that citizens can provide the data only once (more than 160 projects with the participation of almost all municipalities and the University of Trento)
- New digital electoral services on the ANPR (PNC funds), to support municipalities in the integration of electoral rolls with the National Register of Resident Population (ANPR) and to foster a simplification of procedures for the PA and citizens (more than 160 municipalities took part)
