Talpina's orchids

Already known in the 16th century as the 'Garden of Italy' for its astonishing botanical richness, Monte Bando is still an excellence for enthusiasts. Overlooking Lake Garda, Trentino's first Local Nature Park boasts an extraordinary diversity of natural and semi-natural environments, unique in terms of flora, fauna and landscape beauty.

For these reasons, in 2013, by the will of the local communities, the Network of Reserves was activated, which was later given the name of Local Nature Park by the Provincial Council.
