General information
Digitising control data and related files makes it possible to integrate/connect/interpret in a reasoned manner information/data concerning the same undertakings or elements checked in order to reduce overlaps, duplications and redundancies in controls.
The sharing of control data, particularly where surveillance activity is concentrated on the same subject or location, is an essential objective for the efficiency of controls, also with a view to the once-only principle (i.e. non-duplication of documentation requests).
To implement this process of digitalisation of controls, the PAT and Trentino Digitale have developed the Single Provincial Control Register (RUCP) based on a shared register of companies. Special functions were then developed for the management of controls, in particular for the recording of controls and the selected collection of data and information.
As part of the RUCP project, the OCEPAT application was also developed , which relates to controls on construction sites.
Goals
- To develop an application that can be the basis for sharing information and data on the controls and checks carried out by the various provincial structures.
- Support the structures in the introduction of an approach to controls that is no longer "silo-based" but which considers connections with other provincial structures, enhancing the interoperability of data
- Support the introduction of a risk-based approach to controls.
