Collaboration with CCIAA for the business file: inclusion of Family Audit certificates

The visibility and recognition of 'voluntary regulation' business initiatives, such as obtaining certifications or attestations issued by accredited certification bodies, is one of the prerequisites for simplifying relations between public administration and enterprises.
These requirements can in fact be the basis for forms of simplification or rationalisation of controls, such as making the recognition of certain requirements automatic in relations between PA and enterprises, or making certain requests less frequent.

For this reason, as part of the enhancement of these quality tools, the Province has promoted an institutional agreement with the Trento Chamber of Commerce, Unioncamere and Infocamere, in order to include the Family Audit certification of the agency for social cohesion among the certificates appearing in the business register.

FAMILY AUDIT CERTIFICATION

"The Family Audit standard is a management and human resources management tool available to public and private organisations that, on a voluntary basis, intend to certify their commitment to adopting measures to favour the balancing of work and life commitments of their employees." as well as the conditions of equal opportunities between women and men in working contexts.

The province promotes this standard and is its certifying body through the agency for social cohesion.

THE ENTERPRISE FILE

The 'Fascicolo d'impresa' is a service of the Chambers of Commerce that collects documents and acts relating to the enterprise and allows all public administrations direct access to them, without having to request copies from the enterprises themselves.

It is fed with :
- The acts and documents submitted to the Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive (SUAP) and transmitted to the Chamber of Commerce;
- From the certificates issued in Italy by certain Certification Bodies, in particular:

• Accredia (Italian Accreditation Body)
• ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority, for SOA certificates)
• Ecocerved (which manages the National Register of Environmental Managers for the Ministry of the Environment).

• Enhance an official and certain channel for the presentation/registration of the company and its related acts;
• Give visibility and availability of information on the possession/up-to-date status of certification (for PA and entrepreneur);
• Simplification of the PA-business relationship (with a view to giving concrete follow-up to the once-only principle)
• Activation of virtuous circuits of awareness raising of the family audit mark (at territorial and national level)
• Inclusion of the family audit certification within the overall company life cycle represented in the dossier.

Funding is managed through the programme agreement with Chamber of Commerce I.A.A. Trento

At the end of the project, companies in possession of 'Family audit' or 'Family audit executive' certification will find this certification among the documents inserted, in a special section, in the company's computer file.
