AlpGov

The project pays particular attention to the development of EUSALP's governance system, promoting synergy between the various actors, such as the general assembly, the management body and the action groups, but first and foremost it wants to support the governance mechanisms of the various action groups by supporting them in implementing their action plans through projects, specific actions, mapping and matching financial instruments, involving stakeholders and managing information and knowledge flows.

Planned activities are:

- Development of the governance of Action groups and their cooperation.

- Development of a digital platform for Eusalp according to the planned action plans.

- Analysis, research and harmonisation of financial instruments to support Eusalp and post-2020 programming.

- Strengthening of a shared Alpine governance.

- Initiation of the implementation of concrete activities of the EUSALP Strategy.

- Communication activities.

The Autonomous Province of Trento is involved in all work packages. As leader of Action Group 3 "Improving workforce, education and training adequacy in strategic sectors" it will be particularly involved in the development of the collaborative digital environment through the E-learning platform and in the development of new strategic project ideas also in the field of training, work and skills development.

The AlpGov project aims to support the effective and efficient implementation of the EUSALP Alpine Macroregional Strategy through a systematic and transnational approach.
