Description
Of note, for the intrinsic value of this area of the Val di Fassa, is the importance of the muscinal component, with species that have not yet been completely and thoroughly monitored, as well as two species that are rare for the Province of Trento, Alchemilla longana (Rosacea of Alpine wet pastures) and Paludella squarrosa (muscinal species of peat bogs and similar wet environments).
All are found in the peaty areas of the basal belt.
