Description
An area known since 1500 for its exceptional concentration of endemic species. From a vegetation point of view, the contact area between mugo and beech forest is significant. Naturalness of the area is high. The site is of relevant national and/or provincial interest for the presence and reproduction of endangered animal species, important glacial relicts, exclusive and/or typical of the Alps. Presence of Annex II forest species of invertebrates.
