Description
A scarcely anthropised area rich in rare species.
The site is of relevant national and/or provincial interest for the presence and reproduction of endangered animal species, important glacial relicts, exclusive and/or typical of the Alps.
Presence of xylophagous Annex II indicators of mature and intact broadleaf forests.
Habitats of special interest not included in Annex I of Directive 92/43/EEC are present: Yew - Holly and Daphne laureola and Taxo - Fagetum woods (5%); Tilio - Acerion woods with Philadelphus; Orno - Osrtyeti woods (20%).
