Responsibilities and functions
The company Euregio Plus SGR S.p.A. has as its object the provision of the service of collective asset management realised through the management of OICR (undertakings for collective investment of savings), of its own or others' institution, and of the related risks, through the investment of financial instruments, credits or other movable or immovable entities the professional provision of investment portfolio management service on behalf of third parties; the provision of collective management service and investment portfolio management service on behalf of third parties under delegation granted by persons authorised to provide investment portfolio management service and/or management of undertakings for collective investment, including foreign ones the establishment and management of pension funds; the provision of investment advisory services in financial instruments within the limits of the law and the activities envisaged in the corporate purpose; the marketing of units or shares of its own or third-party UCITs; any other related or instrumental activity as well as ancillary services for the achievement of the corporate purpose as envisaged by the secondary regulations in force from time to time issued by the competent supervisory and control authorities.
