"It's not often that we celebrate 150 years of existence: if you think about it, the Coredo Fire Brigade already existed under the Austro-Hungarian Empire, during the First and Second World Wars, at the arrival of the Republic, and with the arrival of Autonomy. You are here today and you will be here in the future and this has a very important meaning for our territory. Those values that we also see represented here, the sense of volunteerism and solidarity that you emanate within the community, are part of the structure of Trentino, rooted over the centuries. If we think of those who preceded you, they certainly did not have the equipment and technology that you have today, but the fire brigade was present in times of need and knew how to intervene with the tools of the time. You can therefore be proud of this day, a pride rooted in Autonomy and the Trentino community that you deserve to celebrate today: congratulations on the vitality of this community'. These were the words of the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, who this morning attended the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of the Coredo Volunteer Fire Brigade, in Val di Non. A real celebration for the population of the hamlet of Predaia, which was attended by numerous civil and military authorities, including the president of the provincial council Claudio Soini, provincial councillor Daniele Biada, and the president of the Comunità di Valle Martin Slaifer Ziller, the mayor of Predaia Giuliana Cova with a representation of the local administration, the president of the Provincial Federation of Voluntary Fire Brigades Luigi Maturi and vice-president Corrado Asson, the inspector of the Cles District Union Oscar Betta, the commander of the Coredo Corps Lorenzo Tabarelli.
