The discussion on the topic of housing and housing policies continues. This afternoon, the provincial councillor for housing policies, heritage, state property and the promotion of autonomy Simone Marchiori convened a round table with the economic categories. During the meeting, he took stock of the provincial interventions implemented and to be implemented, also in relation to agenda no. 76 on 'support measures for owners of vacant or rented housing for tourism purposes aimed at making it available to residents and workers', approved by the Provincial Council of Trento in its session of 16 December 2024.
"This," said Councillor Marchiori in his opening speech, "is an important opportunity for discussion with the economic categories, which does not mean bypassing the Provincial Committee on Housing Conditions, which has a precise role, but opening up to the community. It is also important at this stage to give confidence to property owners. In Trentino there is in fact a surplus of underused properties'.
